Agnès DE DAMPIERRE

Seigneur Narjod II DE TOUCY Bazarne, de Saint-Fargeau et de Puisaye

  • Born: Abt 1135, Toucy, Yonne, Bourgogne, France
  • Died: After 1190, Bazarnes, Yonne, Bourgogne, France

   Research Notes:

His parentage is deduced from the charter dated 1170 under which "Helizabet mater domini de Thocyaco" donated property to the priory of Vieupou, with the support of "Narjotus de Thociaco et Regnauldus de Pogiaco".

He succeeded his father as Seigneur de Toucy. Seigneur de Bazarne, de Saint-Fargeau et de Puisaye. "Nariotus…dominus Tusciaci" renounced rights in favour of the abbey of Saint-Benoît-sur-Loire with the consent of "Vuido frater meus" by charter dated to [1160/67].

He died on crusade.
