William Marks of the parish of Gwithian, miner, John Popham of Bodmin, yeoman, and Richard Pendray of Bodmin, tailor, paid bond of £100 for Administration of the goods and chattels of Francis Marks late of Gwithian, labourer, who died intestate.

Administration was granted 23 Feb 1844 to the said William Marks, the son and one of the next of kin of the said deceased, Ann Marks the widow of the deceased having first renounced under her hand and seal. 4
