"Raymond F. Stewart, 90, of Collins died Monday, March 29, 2010, at Western Missouri Medical Center, Warrensburg.
He was born Dec. 30, 1919, in Kansas City, the son of Clarence W. and Sylvia A. Current Stewart. He was a U.S. Army veteran. He was a shop supervisor for a metal fabrication company and had lived in Kansas City prior to moving to Collins in 1982. A few years ago when his health began failing, he moved to the Missouri Veterans Home in Warrensburg to be near his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wife, Dorothy Stewart, in 2001.
Survivors include three sisters, Shirley Crook of Cleveland, Verna Gunn of Windsor and Dixie Stoneking of Leeton; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews...." 3
