In 1861, Jane T. Harris (22) of Camborne and husband John E. Harris (31) of Cambornee, plumber & tinplate worker, were living in Victoria St., Camborne. Present was daughter Laura E. (1) of Camborne.

In 1871, Jane Harris (32) of Camborne and husband John Harris (41) of Camborne, plumber, were living in College St., Camborne. Present were children (born in Camborne): Laura (11), scholar, John (9), scholar, Walter (8), scholar, Charles (5), scholar, Bertha (3), scholar, Henery (2), mother Elizabeth Tyack (57) of Camborne, widow, late milliner, lodger Llewellyan Newton (53) of Camborne, widowed, accountant

In 1881, Jane T. Harris (42) of Camborne and husband John E. Harris (45) of St. Just, plumber, were living in Orchard St., Blandford-Forum, Dorsetshire, England. Present were children (born in Camborne): John T. (19), coach smith, Walter K? (15), plumber's shop assistant, Harry T. (13), machinist, Vivian E. (8), scholar, Arthur T. (3), sister Elizabeth Rowe (40) of Camborne, married, sister Julia Tyack (35) of Camborne, married [sic]

In 1891, Jane Harris (50) of Camborne and husband John Harris (57) of St. Just, were living in Dorset St., Blandford Forum, Dorset. Present were children (born in Camborne): Walter (25), grocer's shopman, Bertha (23), Vivian (18), apprentice plumber, Arthur (13), scholar, grandsons George Lowell* (4) of Blandford , Dorset and George I. Harris (2m) of Woolwich London.

* This is a mistranscription, since the GROE Marriage Index lists the marriage of Laura Ellis Harris and John Locock, and the 1891 also shows George J. Locock (7) of Blandford with his parents.

Jane Tucker Harris died during the 2nd Quarter aged 61 years (GROE Death Index, vol. 2c, p. 78).

Jane married John Ellis HARRIS, son of Richard HARRIS and Jane, on 21 Nov 1858 in Camborne, Cornwall. (John Ellis HARRIS was born about 1830 in St. Just in Penwith, Cornwall and was christened on 2 Jan 1830 in Sennen, Cornwall.)
