In 1816 Sarah Rowe was named as a beneficiary in her father's will.
In 1818 Sarah Rowe was named as a beneficiary in her mother's will.
In 1841 Sarah Rowe, aged about 70, Ind[ependent Means], was living in Roskear Lane, Camborne, Cornwall. Present were Sarah Rowe (15), ore dresser, Benjamin Trezona (25), copper miner, his wife Elizabeth (25) and their daughter Elizabeth (2).

Sarah married her 4th cousin John Rowe, son of John Rowe and Anne Bawden, on 22 May 1790 in Camborne, Cornwall. (John Rowe was christened on 6 Oct 1767 in Camborne, Cornwall and was buried on 24 Mar 1834 in Camborne, Cornwall.)
