Danella Lois Pascoe, 79, of Prairie du Chien passed away on Friday, March 24, 2006 at her home.
She was born Apr. 7, 1926 in Prairie du Chien daughter of John and Mary (Bunders) Welsch.
She married Mahlon Pascoe in 1967. He preceded her in death in 1982.
Danella is survived by a daughter Sidney Welsch of Portage, WI, 2 grandchildren Michaela and Jason Schlake along with numerous nieces, nephews and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, John William and Roland Welsch and a sister Mildred Tesar.
She was a graduate of Prairie du Chien High School in 1944 and later the Milwaukee School of Cosmetology in 1948. She worked at Savanna Ordnance in Savanna, Il, and later opened her own beauty shop in Prairie du Chien in 1950 called Modern Beauty. She owned and operated Modern Beauty until her retirement in 2000. She enjoyed hunting turkey, deer, ducks, geese, pheasant and mushrooms. 1
