In 1891 Fanny Mayne (30) of Camborne and husband Joseph Mayne (35) of Illogan, farmer, were living in Lower Grillis Farm, Illogan. Present were children (born in Illogan): Joseph (8), scholar, Thomas (7), scholar, Fred (6), Myra (4), George (2), Priscilla (1), Richard H. (4m).
In April 1905 Fanny Mayne, widow, was granted Administration of her late husband's personal effects.
In the 1939 Register Fanny Mayne (b. 15 Feb 1860), widowed, unpaid domestic duties, was at 25 Trelawney Road, Camborne.

Mrs. F. Mayne, Camborne
The funeral took place at Tuckingmill Church, on Thursday, of Mrs. Fanny Mayne, aged 80, who died at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Burley, Trelawney-road, Camborne. Widow of Mr. Joseph Mayne of Carnarthen Farm, Illogan, who died in 1904, she was associated with the Methodist Church at Pool. She leaves eight children.
The service was conducted by the Rev. Britton (vicar). Relatives present were Messrs. T., G., N., and G. Mayne (sons), T. Mayne, L. Nicholls, and L. Roberts (grandsons), H. Nicholls (son-in-law), J. Oates Williams, Penzance (nephew), S. Davies (Penzance), W. J. and F. J. Nicholls, T. Eddy and J. G. Sherwood.....
