------------------------------
Presumably this is the same Jane Yates, widow, who died aged 87 years in 1900 in Calumet. Called daughter of John Prideaux & Mary Ann Rogges. One suspects the informant was wrong about her parents, given the name of her father in her marriage record, coupled with the fact that there is no record of a marriage of John Prideaux and Mary Ann Rogges, and no birth/christening record of a Jane Prideaux daughter of John and Mary born between 1810 and 1815 in England.
Marriage Information:
Jenifer married Benjamin YEATS of Copper Hill, son of Thomas YEATS of Kerwinning Cairn and Jenefer (Jane) VIVIAN, on 18 Dec 1843 in Camborne, Cornwall 1. (Benjamin YEATS of Copper Hill was born in 1816 in Camborne, Cornwall, christened on 18 May 1816 in Camborne, Cornwall 4 and was buried on 7 Aug 1869 in Treslothan by Camborne, Cornwall 1.)
