A counterpart of a lease by 1) to 2) of about nine poles of land, which form part of a field numbered 3154 on the tithe map of Camborne, bounded on the west by the parish road leading through the village of Trewoon [Troon], situated in Camborne, Cornwall. A plan of the premises is drawn on the lease. The lease is numbered 30 and annotated 'expired. Elizabeth Mary Trebilcock [last life] died 11 March 1935'. Term: 99 years or on the lives of Emily Jane Addams, granddaughter of 2); James Trevithick, son of 2); and Elizabeth Mary Trevithick, granddaughter of 2).
