"DARTMOUTH.
ON THURSDAY, the 26th day of September next, by Four o'Clock in the Afternoon, an auction will be held at the Seven Stars Inn, in DARTMOUTH, for Selling, in 1 or 2 Lots, those well-known and commodious PREMISES Situate in the Lower Street, and now in the possession of MR. THOMAS LAKEMAN, the Proprietor, and his Tenants, which Premises are Fee-Simple, and consist of a good Family House; communicating with the Harbour of Dartmouth on the East, and, exclusively of the front entrance, have also an entrance on the North Side, whereby the business of a Brewer and Maltster can be continued to be carried on with much convenience and advantage; these Premises are already Licensed for the Sale of Spirits and Malt Liquor. Immediate possession of greater part of the property can be given. For further particulars application may be made to the Proprietor, or at the Offices of MR. HOCKIN, IN DARTMOUTH.
