"DARTMOUTH FATALITY.

Mr. Wallis Falls from His Bedroom Window.

In exceptionally sad circumstances the death occurred at Dartmouth early yesterday morning of Mr. Hedley Wallis, baker, Foss-street, Dartmouth.
In the early hours of the morning Mrs. Wallis heard a noise, and upon making investigations saw her husband lying in the roadway outside the house in a quantity of blood. The cries of the wife aroused the neighbours, and several ran to the assistance of the unfortunate man.
A doctor was also sent for, and Dr. J. H. Harris quickly arrived, but life was extinct. Deceased evidently fell from a bedroom window and broke his neck.
At the inquest yesterday, the jury returned a verdict of "Accidental death," and expressed deep sympathy with the widow and family, the Coroner stating it was one of the saddest cases he had had to inquire into." 5
