The Will of Mary Ann Flake formerly of Dartmouth in the County of Devon but late of Monkwearmouth in the County of Durham, widow, who died 4 May 1872 at Monkwearmouth was proved 15 August at Durham by Thomas Flake of Monkwearmouth, shipwright, the son, the sole executor. Effects under £300.
