This is the last Will and Testament of me Stephen Lakeman of Brixham in the Parish of Brixham and County of Devon, whereby I revoke all former Wills. I give devise and bequeath the whole of my real and Personal Estate whatsoever wheresoever and what kind soever I die possessed of unto my eldest daughter Elizabeth Lakeman for her own absolute use and benefit in consideration for her services done for me her Heirs Executors and Assigns forever. I appoint my eldest daughter Elizabeth Lakeman to be my sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament.
I Stephen Lakeman Testator have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand this nineteenth day of April in the Year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and forty eight.
