In 1851 Grace Tyack (50) of Kea, widow, was living in Kerley, Kea. Present were daughter-in-law Elizabeth* Tyack (21) of Kea, dressmaker, daughter Martha Tyack (13) of Kea, dressmaker's apprentice

In 1861 Grace Teague [sic] (58) of Kea, widow, needlewoman, was living in Kerley, Kea. Present was daughter Martha (22) of Kea, tailoress.

In 1871 Grace Tyack (65) of Kea, widow, independent, was living in [Kerley] Kea. Present were son[-in-law] Wm. Hy. Tregoning (27) of Gwennap, miner, daughter Martha Tregoning (28) of Kea.

In 1881 Grace Tyack (77) of Kea, widow, was living in Chacewater, Kea. Present were boarders Jane Bastian (68) of Gwennap, widow, Mary Staple (49) of Kea, single, work at tin mine
