In 1861, Grace Teague [sic] (58) of Kea, widow, needlewoman, was living in Kerley, Kea. Present was daughter Martha (22) of Kea, tailoress.

In 1871, Grace Tyack (65) of Kea, widow, independent, was living in [Kerley] Kea. Present were son[-in-law] Wm. Hy. Tregoning (27) of Gwennap, miner, daughter Martha Tregoning (28) of Kea.

In 1881, Grace Tyack (77) of Kea, widow, was living in Chacewater, Kea. Present were boarders Jane Bastian (68) of Gwennap, widow, Mary Staple (49) of Kea, single, work at tin mine
