"William P. Cleven
ISHPEMING -- William P. Cleven, age 87, formerly of 903 N. Main St., Ishpeming, passed away on Thursday, August 2, 2001 at the Marquette Co. Medical Care Facility where he had been a resident since this past October.
William was born April 20, 1914 in Ishpeming to the late Alex and Mary Jane (Lemin) Cleven. He worked as a mechanic for the City of Ishpeming for 38 years in the Public Works Department.
Survivors include a sister Marion Polkinghorne of Ishpeming along with several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Ina along with 8 brothers and sisters...." 2
