In 1884 Blanche Ellen Hyne was a witness at the marriage of her sister Florence Jane to John Rhymes.
In 1891 Blanche E. Clemo (29) of Slapton and husband George Clemo (30) of Lamerton, farmer, were living in Carlane Farm House, Slapton. Present were son George R. (1) of Slapton, George's cousin Francis Clemo (31) of Tavistock, agricultural labourer [husband of Blanche's sister Susanna A.].
In 1901 Blanche E. Clemo (39) of Slapton and husband George Clemo (40) of Lamerton, farmer, were living on Leccombe Farm, Blackawton, Devon. Present were children (born in Slapton): George R. (11), Gilbert A. (8), Cletha E. H. (5), sister Mary Hyne (30) [sic] of Slapton. [Son John H. Clemo was with his maternal grandfather, Roger Hyne).
