Lease by 1) to 2) of messuage and tenement in Billacott late in occupation of Degory Crodacott.
Term: 99 years, or lives of lessee, son John and Mary, wife of Joseph Vosper of North Petherwin. Rent: 5 shillings, 11 and a quarter pence. Consideration: £30 and surrender of former lease.

Gives one shilling to her son Nicholas.
Gives £5 and her best gown to her daughter Margaret.
Gives 5 shillings to her grandson Richard Vosper.
Gives 5 shillings to her daughter-in-law Jane.
Gives 40 shillings to her daughter Mary, one shilling to each of her children, and three shillings to her husband.
Gives 10 shillings to her daughter Willmert Poope.
All the rest of her goods and chattels she gives to her daughter Elizabeth Horwell, whom she appoints sole executrix of her last will and testament.
