Appoints her daughter Eliza Lillian Prisk sole executrix of her will.

Gives all her interest in the estate of James Prisk deceased, late of New Zealand, to her children Paul Alfred Prisk, John Gordon Prisk, William James Prisk, Arthur Henry Prisk, Ada Elizabeth Hannaford and Eliza Lillian Prisk, share and share alike.

All the rest of her estate she gives to her daughter Eliza Lillian Prisk.
