"Death of Mrs. A. Drew
Mrs. Amelia Drew, who died at her home, Government road, Croydon, was 75 years of age. For many yerars she was a prominent worker in Brompton Methodist Church. She was born at Mount Pleasant, Victoria. In her younger days Mrs. Drew gave much assistance to charitable organisations'of the district. She was the wife of Mr. Thomas Drew, who for many years was employed by Harris, Scarfe, Limited. The remains were buried in Walkerville Cemetery." 6
