Gives 2 guineas to his daughter Philippa along with the little Trelogin house.
Gives £100 each to his daughters Elizabeth, Mary and Jone, to be paid to them when they attain their respective ages of twenty-one years or at their day of marriage.
All the rest of his goods & chattels, rights & credits, he gives to his wife Philippa Pryor whom he appoints sole executrix of his last will and testament.
