William MARKS

In 1861, William Marks (56) of Camborne, copper miner, widower, was living in Camborne. Present were son Joseph (18), copper miner, "son-in-law" H. Uren Marks (12) of Camborne, tin miner, "daughter" M. Jane Marks (3) of Camborne, scholar, son-in-law James H. Chapple (18) of Crowan, tin & copper miner [Note: William's 2nd wife, Jane Hosking, widow, who died before 1861, was the daughter of Robert Uren].

William Marks died during the 3rd Quarter aged 59 years (GROE Death Index, vol. 5c, p. 166).
