In 1861, Mary Skinner (61) of Gwinear, widow, retired ag. labourer, was living in Highlanes, Phillack. Present were son Samuel (21), copper miner, [daughter] Catherine Rowe (25) of St. Erth and [her husband] John Rowe (21) of Phillack, general labourer
