In 1861 Richard Uren, aged 55, born in Lelant, farmer of 50 acres, and wife Phillippa Uren, aged 55, born in Lelant, farmer of 50 acres, were living in Bussow, Towednack. With them were children (born in Lelant): Mary (23), drapery shop maid, Catherine (22), drapery shop maid, William (19), Christopher (16), Elizabeth (15), Ann T. (10).
In 1871 Richard Uren, aged 64, born in Uny Lelant, tin assayer, and wife Philippa Uren, aged 65, born in Uny Lelant, were living in Polpear, Uny Lelant. With them were daughters Elizabeth (25) and Annie T. (20).
In 1881 Richard Uren, aged 74, born in Lelant, tin assayer, and wife Phillippa Uren, aged 75, born in Lelant, were living in Coombe, Uny Lelant.
