In 1841, Ursula Head (29) was living in Lethleans, Phillack. Present were children: Benjamin (7), John (5), Elizabeth Jane (2) as well as Ellen Gudge (1), and servant Mary Trevascus (14).
In 1851, Ursula Head (39) of Phillack and husband John Head (47) of Ruan Minor, were living in Copper House, Phillack. Present were children (born in Phillack): Benjamin (17), iron founder, John (14), shoemaker's apprentice, Elizth. Jane (12), scholar, James (9), scholar, Grace (7), scholar, Eliza (3), William Henry (11m). [Note: at this time, daughter Charity was with her aunt Elizabeth Jones-Ursula's half-sister].
In 1861, Ursula Head (49) of Phillack, seamstress, and husband John Head (56) of Ruan Minor, general labourer, were living in Hayle, Cornish Copper Co Farm, Phillack. Present were children (born in Phillack): James (19), blacksmith, Eliza (13), scholar, Willm. H. (10), rope maker, boarder Matthew Huthnance (50) of Gwinear, blacksmith's assistant
