In 1851 Grace Jeffree (29) of Gwithian, black smith's wife, and husband Thos Jeffree (34) of Camborne, black smith master employing 1 apprentice, were living at 1 Praze, Camborne, Cornwall. At home were children (born in Camborne): Elizabeth (9), Mary (6).

In Aug 1855 Grace Jeffree, age 33, matron, and daughters Elizth., age 12, and Mary, age 10, arrived in Melbourne Victoria Australia per the ship Donald McKay. 4
