In 1871 Margret Nile, aged 27, born in Camborne Cornwall, and husband Richard Nile, aged 29, born in Camborne, miner, were living in Troon, Camborne. With them was son William John (4 mos) of Camborne.
In March 1872 Margaret Nile of Camborne, wife of Richard Nile, miner, was granted Administration of her late father's personal estate and effects, this being the second grant, the first having been issued to Margaret's mother in 1859 and which was left unadministered.
In 1881 Margret Nile, aged 37, born in Camborne, and husband Richard Nile, aged 39, born in Illogan Cornwall, tin miner, were living in Boswidden, Camborne. Present were children (born in Camborne) William J. (10), scholar, Richard (8), scholar, Stephen W. (6), scholar, and Joseph (2).
In 1891 Margaret Nile, aged 47, born in Camborne, and husband Richard Nile, aged 49, born in Illogan, tin miner, were living in Boswidden, Camborne. With them were children (born in Camborne) William John (20), tin miner, Richard (18), tin miner, Stephen Walters (16), tin miner, Joseph (12), scholar, James Henry (10), and Samuel (8).
In 1911 Margaret Nile, aged 69, born in Camborne, widow (mother of 9 children, 3 deceased), was living in Troon, Camborne, Cornwall. With her was son James Hy. Nile (30) of Camborne, single, miner.
In 1921 Margaret Nile, aged 76 years 4 months, born in Troon, Camborne, widow, house duties, was living in Fore Street, Troon, Camborne. With her was son Wm. John Nile (49y 7m) of Troon, single, mining engineer.

TROON LADY'S FUNERAL.
We regret to announce the death of Mrs. Margaret Nile, who died at her residence in Caapel Square, on Dec. 31st, after a very short illness. Deceased, who was 81 years of age, was one of the oldest residents at Troon, and had always lived in the district. Until quite recently she was a regular attendant at the Troon U.M. Church, where she had occupied the front seat of the gallery ever since the church was built. News of her demise occasioned profound sorrow amongst those who knew her and the deepest sympathy will be extended to the relatives.
The funeral took place on Sunday amid manifestations of respect and esteem. The remains were interred in Troon cemetery, the Rev. P. M. Hoare conducting the service. The chief mourners included: Messrs. W. J. Nile and J. Nile (sons), Stanley (son-in-law), Mesdames S. Nile and J. Nile (daughters-in-law), Mrs. W. H. Bosanko, Mrs. A. Trebilcock, Miss M. Nankervis, Messrs. J. H. Nile (2), Willie Nile, W. H. Dennis, F. Barnes, R. Barnes, M. Oates, A. J. Nicholas, A. Harvey, J. H. Powning, J. Cock, A. Trebilcock (cousins), C. Mitchell and H. Angove....
The coffin was of Canadian elm, panelled, and the breastplate bore the inscription: "Margaret Nile, died Dec. 31st, 1924, aged 81 years." The arrangements were made by Mr. James Carter.
Floral tributes were sent as follows:—"In ever loving and affectionate remembrance of our dear mother," from the family; "In ever loving memory of our dear sister," from Mary Ann and Samuel Thomas, Carlingford, N.S.W., Australia; "In loving remembrance of my dear granny," from Garfield, Armadale, Western Australia; "To my dearly loved granny," from Stevie, Portland, Oregon, U.S.A.; "In loving memory of my dear granny," from Muriel, Portland, Oregon, U.S.A.; "In every loving memory of my dear granny," from Effie, Penryn; "To my dear granny," from Leslie, Boswidden, Troon.
