In 1760 Humphry Harvy was the sole executor and residuary legatee of his father's will.
In 1764 Humphry Harvey was named in the will of his father-in-law Joseph Pryor of Wendron as husband of Joseph's daughter Zenobia.
In 1779 Humphry Harvey of the parish of Crowan, miller, was bequeathed 1 shilling in the will of his mother-in-law Catharine Pryor of Wendron, widow.
