This tenth day of February one thousand eight hundred and thirty five I Richd Rule of Condurrow in the Parish of Camborne & County of Cornwall being weak in body but of sound mind do make this my last Will and Testament.
First — I give to my beloved wife the use and profit of all my property until her death provided she remains unmarried and maintains my children in connection with their own earnings until each child respectively arrives at twenty one years old. — Should she marry again she shall have one shilling only.
Secondly — At the Marriage or Death of my Wife I give all my property to be equally divided between my children then alive.
Lastly, I appoint William Eva my wife's brother the Executor in trust of this my Will and Testament giving him the power to dispose of my property agreeably with this will without his having any part of the Property for his own use excepting reasonable expences on performing any business connected with this Will.
