-----------------------------

This generation is a tentative reconstruction, based on an assumption (correct or otherwise) that this is the same John Nanscawen who married Catherine Boscawen in 1579. John's daughter, Amy, would have been born between 1560 and 1565, as she was married and had her first child around 1584. Catherine Boscawen would therefore have been John's second wife. They do not appear to have had any children. Catherine Nanscawen, widow, re-married to Richard Gedye of South Petherwin on 7 Jun 1590 in St. Michael Penkivel, Cornwall.
