Gives £100 to his son William Rapson, to be paid to him when he leaves the residence of his mother and family.
Gives to his son Thomas Rapson £30 when he turns twenty-one, and a further £70 when he turns twenty-five.
Gives to his son James Rapson £30 when he turns twenty-one, and a further £70 when he turns twenty-five.
Gives £20 to his daughter Elizabeth Rapson, to be paid to her when she turns twenty-five or is married.
Gives the interest of £300 to his wife Ann Rapson during her widowhood. After her re-marriage or decease he gives the £300 to his children: £20 to his son William Rapson, £20 to his son Thomas Rapson, £20 to his son James Rapson, £20 to his daughter Elizabeth Rapson, £20 to his daughter Ann Rapson, £40 to his daughter Eliza Rapson, £40 to his daughter Mary Rapson, and £40 to his daughter Jane Rapson.
All the remainder of his property consisting of houses, land, cattle and cash, he gives to his wife Ann Rapson during her widowhood, along with an annuity of £8, paid from the proceeds of his mill and estate.
Gives his mill and its estate to his son John Rapson, directing he pay the above annuity to his mother.
Appoints his nephew Edward Rapson, carpenter, of Penryn, and George Leach of the parish of Perranarworthal, trustees and overseers of his will.
Appoints his son John Rapson sole executor of his last will and testament.
