In 1851 Thomas Blewett (22) of Phillack, coal porter, was with his parents in Church Town, Phillack.

In 1861 Thomas Blewett (32) of Phillack, copper miner, and wife Jane (28) of St. Hilary, were living in Churchtown, Phillack. With them was daughter Mary J. (5) of Phillack

In 1871 Thomas Blewett (42) of Phillack, labourer, one arm crippled, and wife Mary J. (41) of St. Hilary, were living in Church Town, Phillack. With them were children (born in Phillack): Mary J. (14), scholar, Louisa A. (9), scholar, Samuel T. (7), scholar, Zacharias W. (6), scholar, Edward C. (2)
