In 1669 Symon was bequeathed £50 in his father's will, to be paid to him when he turns eighteen.
In 1682 Symon Wearn was the sole executor of the will of his brother Henry Wearn of Wendron, having received one half share of Henry's tenement called Trenark in the parish of St. Erth and one half share of his tenement called Treville in the parish of Sennen.
