Abstract of the Will of Henry Wearn of the Parish of Wendron in the County of Cornwall, Yeoman, written 5 Nov 1681, proved 2 Jun 1682. 2

Gives 40 shillings to the poor of the parish of Wendron.

Gives an annuity of £10 to his brother John Wearn, to be paid out of his estate called Gweek in the parish of Wendron.

Gives to his brother Thomas Wearn what has already been bestowed upon him by his father Symon Wearn deceased to bind him to an apprenticeship.

Gives an annuity of £5 to his sister Zenobia Prior.

Gives an annuity of £6 to his sister Frances Wearn.

Gives £10 to his mother Zenobia Wearn.

Gives £5 to his brother-in-law John Pryor.

Gives 30 shillings each to the seven children of his sister Zenobia and her husband John Pryor.

Gives 20 shillings each to his servants John Grigg, Thomas Tresall, Wm Sheeperd? and Sarah Green.

Gives to his brother Symon Wearn one half share of his tenement called Trenark in the parish of St. Erth and one half share of his tenement called Treville in the parish of Sennen, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
