There were two Elizabeth Rogers born about 1807/8 in Illogan:

Elizabeth, born 17 Oct, chr. 6 Nov 1808, dau of Richard Rogers & Elizabeth Kemp, widow, &
Elizabeth, born 21 Oct, chr. 6 Nov 1808, dau of Nicholas Rogers & Clarinda Vivian.

In 1841 Elizabeth Moyle, aged about 30, and husband Simon Moyle, aged about 35, stone mason, were living in Tincroft, Illogan, Cornwall. With them were (Elizabeth's children from her previous marriage) Mary Carpenter (1), Ann Carpenter (11), Matthew Carpenter (10), William (9) and Elizabeth Carpenter (7).

In 1851 Elizabeth Moyle, aged 44, born in Illogan, and husband Simon Moyle, aged 48, born in Wendron Cornwall, stone mason, were living in Millbrooks, St. Budeaux, Devon. With them were children (born in Illogan) Elizabeth Carpenter (16), assistant at home, Mary Rogers Moyle (11), scholar, John Moyle (8), scholar, and Maria Rogers Moyle (7), scholar.

In 1861 Elizabeth Moyle, aged 55, born in Alugan, and husband Simon Moyle, aged 59, born in Wendron, stone mason, were living at 2 Millbrook Cottages, St. Budeaux, Devon. With them was son John Moyle (18) of Alugan, stone mason.

Elizabeth Moyle of Ford died aged 76 years (burial record).

  Marriage Information:

Elizabeth married Henry Carpenter, son of William Carpenter of Tregajoran Cairn and Grace Magor, on 1 Aug 1828 in Illogan, Cornwall. (Henry Carpenter was christened 5 Apr 1801 in Illogan, Cornwall and died between 1836 and 1839.)

Elizabeth also married Simon Moyle, son of Thomas Moyle and Mary Bolitho, in 1839 in the Redruth District, Cornwall. (Simon Moyle was christened 9 May 1802 in Wendron, Cornwall and was buried on 30 Aug 1863 in St. Budeaux, Devon, England, aged 61 years.)
