In 1699 Anne wife of Richard Pendarves was named as a beneficiary in the will of her father-in-law Peter Pendarves.
In 1720 Ann Pendarves was a beneficiary of her mother's will.

Abstract of the Will of Ann Pendarves of the Borough of Truro in the County of Cornwall, Widow, written 9 Dec 1749, proved 1 Dec 1760. 3
Gives, devises and bequeaths to her kinsman John Thomas of Tregoller, Esq. all her personal and real estate, in trust, for the benefit of her daughter Catharine the wife of William Arundell, Esq. and for her own personal use.
Makes the said John Thomas sole executor of her last will and testament.
