In 1861, John Richards (19) of Camborne, miner, was with his widowed father and family in Treswithian Downs, Camborne.

In 1871, John Richards (29) of Camborne, copper miner, and wife Jane (27) of Camborne, were living in Kehelland Village, Camborne. Present was daughter Catherine (11m) of Camborne.

In 1881, John Richards (39) of Camborne, copper miner, and wife Jane (36) of Camborne, were living in Treswithian Downs, Camborne. Present were children (born in Camborne): Catherine (10), scholar, Caroline (8), scholar, Edith (5), scholar, Samuel John (2)
