Robert Tuschet, brother and heir of Henry Tuschet, has made fine with the king by 10 marks for his relief of the lands formerly of the aforesaid Henry, his brother, which fall to the same by inheritance, for which he has performed fealty to the king …. Order to J. Lestrange, justice of Chester, … to cause him to have full seisin of all the lands …, saving to Emma, who was the wife of the aforesaid Henry, her rightful dower.

Lege Cumbrey, 2 parts of 1 carucate land in demesne, 4 virgates and 2 parts of 1 bovate in villenage, 2 parts of a messuage, garden and mill, and 1½a. meadow held of the king in chief. After the said Robert's death there fell in 2½ virgates land, escheat of the dower of Isabel late his mother.

CHESTER. The same heir has about 5 marks of land in Tatenhal' town, of which a certain lady has her dower.

Pro Alicia que fuit uxor Roberti Tuschet. — Mandatum est Henrico de Wengham et coescaetori suo in comitatu Salopie quod de omnibus terris et tenementis, que Robertus Tuschet tenuit de rege in capite in comitatu predicto, et de qui bus fuit seisitus ut de feodo die quo obiit, Alicie que fuit uxor ipsius Roberti racionabilem dotem faciant habere.
