Licence, upon fine made by William Martyn, for him and Eleanor his wife to grant 2 messuages, 2 mills, 2 carucates of land, and 12 marks of rent in Beare and Welrington, held in chief, to John Chartray, for his life, with remainder after his death to their son Henry and the heirs of his body, with remainder failing such issue to the said William Martyn and Eleanor and to the heirs of the said William Martyn. By fine of 5 marks.
