Commitment in like terms to Roger Plowfeld,—by mainprise of Richard de Maurdyn of the county of Hereford and Henry Moton of the same county,—of the keeping of a third part of the manor of Gamageshall late of John de Pennebrigg, who held of the king in chief, which third part is in the king's hand by the death of Elizabeth late the wife of the said John, who held it in dower, and by reason of the minority of John's heir, to hold the same from Easter last until the lawfull age of the said heir, at a yearly farm of 33s. 4d.
Vacated because surrendered, as the said John is still alive; and nothing thereof was done.
