   Research Notes:

Mary Eva was of Helston when she was married and a Mary Eva was christened in Helston 25 Jun 1758, daughter of John and Joan. However, it seems likely that Mary Eva was living in Helston but was christened in Wendron, given her second son was called Samuel Eva.

Mary married William DOWAR of Wendron, son of William DOWAH and Arminell HODGE, on 31 Mar 1789 in Wendron, Cornwall. (William DOWAR of Wendron was christened on 4 Jul 1756 in Wendron, Cornwall and was buried on 1 Feb 1821 in Wendron, Cornwall.)

Banns of marriage between William Dowar of this parish and Mary Eva of the borough of Helstone were published Feby. 7th, 15th & 22nd 1789
