Gives and bequeaths to his wife one half cows profit and fuel and the house called the Seller with the chamber over the same and the pallet bed and bedding.
Gives and bequeaths an annuity of £10 to his eldest son James Richards. He also gives him the horse he purchased from Richard Bawden. And in case he marries he gives him also the Ketching . . . . . . . dwelling, the milkhouse, the little parlour, the chamber over the same, and the little orchard above the mowhay, as well as one quarter acre of land to make a garden, to be taken out of the meadow under the town commonly called Dradna-Doe-Veane which adjoins the orchard. Also gives him one half of his oxen.
Gives and bequeaths £100 to his only daughter Constance Richards.
Gives and bequeaths to his youngest son Charles Richards one tenement of land known as Gwoll-Chapple with the new orchard adjoining, and two fields called Gwoll Toddens, and two fields called Parken Noweth and Parken Noone....
To his second son John Richards whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament, he gives and bequeaths all the remainder of his estate, houses, implements of husbandry, goods, chattels, money, bonds, notes &c.
