Ann Vincent of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, widow and relict of Charles Vincent late of the parish of Camborne aforesaid, miner, deceased, James Skewes and John Jeffery both of the same parish, gentlemen, paid bond of £100 for Administration of the goods, chattels and credits of the said deceased.
Bond upon the Administration of the goods &c of Charles Vincent miner deceased was granted to Ann Vincent the widow & relict of the deceased on 23 Dec 1828. 4
In 1841 Ann Lean (35) and husband Stephen Lean (30), mine agent, were living in Trelowarren St., Camborne. With them were children: Mary (14), James (9), John (7), Gilbert (5), Sarah (2), Eliza (1m), and female servant Elizabeth Eva.
In 1851 Ann Lean (45) of Camborne and husband Stephen Lean (41) of Camborne, mine agent, were living in Trelowarren St., Camborne. Present were children (born in Camborne): James (20), copper miner, Edward (18), grocer, Gilbert (16), grocer, Eliza (9), scholar, Stephen (6), scholar, Emily (4), Grace (2m)
In 1861 Ann Lean (54) of Camborne and husband Stephen Lean (51) of Camborne, mine agent, were living in Nth Side Trelowarren St., Camborne. With them were children (born in Camborne): Eliza (19), Stephen (16), Emily (14)
Letters of Administration (with the Will annexed) were granted in Nov 1869 to Ann Lean of Camborne the relict the universal legatee named in the said Will.

Ann married Charles Vincent of Camborne Town, son of William Vincent of Troon and Jenefer (Jane) Thomas, on 7 Jan 1827 in Camborne, Cornwall. (Charles Vincent was christened on 10 Sep 1806 in Camborne, Cornwall and was buried on 6 Jul 1828 in Camborne, Cornwall.)
