   Research Notes:

William and Philippa's eldest daughters were probably twins (both christened on 31 May 1729 in Camborne). The rest of their children were christened in Stithians, though the father's residence is given as "Cambron" in the baptismal records of his three sons. Daughter Margery was buried in Stithians on 11 Jan 1731 and William's eldest son John was christened there in the following year.

William married Philippa QUINTRELL, daughter of John QUINTRELL and Margery, on 27 Jan 1727-1728 in Camborne, Cornwall. (Philippa QUINTRELL was christened on 11 Nov 1700 in Camborne, Cornwall and was buried on 1 Mar 1766 in Camborne, Cornwall.)
