All buildings in the mansion house of Bodrugan, viz. the Great Hall with series of buildings leading from it north and south, stable and series of buildings west and east from that, and all other buildings there except the property of John Carthew. Also Bodrugan Parke with gardens, pastures, commons etc. and a dovecote.

Mary also married William ISHAM of Bodrigan in Gorran, son of Roger ISHAM of Isle Brewers and Isabella BALAM, after 1556. (William ISHAM of Bodrigan in Gorran was born before 1515 and died in 1572.)
