Abstract of the Will of John Heart of Corsham in the County of Wilts, Clothier, written 6 Feb 1779, proved 22 May 1779. 4
Gives to his wife Catherine his stock in trade, household goods, furniture, plate, towels, linnen, china and ready money.
Made a Deed before his marriage with his wife wherein he conveyed his freehold messuage and tenement and certain lands in Apstone in co. Gloucester, held in trust for himself during his life and thereafter for his wife and children.
Gives and bequeaths to John Gallimore Hulbert of Corsham, clothier, and Richard Hill of Widdenham Mill in co. Wilts, dyer, his freehold messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments wheresoever excepting Apstone abovementioned, in trust, for his wife and children.
Bequeaths to John Gallimore Hulbert and Richard Hill £10 each as a token of his respect, making them and his wife joint executors of his last will and testament.
