NOTICE is hereby given, that the PARTNERSHIP heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned JAMES MOTLEY and SMITH MOTLEY, lately carrying on a Business as Farmers at COVENHAM, in the county of Lincoln, was on the Sixth day of April last DISSOLVED, by mutual consent.

In 1871 James Motley (36) of Grimsby, unmarried, farmer of 110 acres employing 2 men and 1 boy, was living in Grange Cottage, Covenham St. Bartholomew. James's brother Smith and his family were living on Grange Farm.
