In 1871 Sarah Sharp (35) and husband John Sharp (37), bricklayer's labourer, were living at 29 Bennett St., Ecclesall Bierlow, Yorkshire. Present were son Herbert (1) and brother William Holmes (31) of Kirkby Bain, bricklayer's labourer.
In 1881 Sarah Sharp (46) of Kirkby on Bain and husband John Sharp (47) of Kirkby on Bain, bricklayer's labourer, were living at 8 Foundry St., Horncastle. Present was son Herbert (11) of Sheffield Yorkshire.
In 1901 Sarah Sharp (66) and husband John Sharp (67), bricklayer's labourer, both born in Kirkby on Bain, were living at 15 Paradise Place, Horncastle.
In 1911 Sarah Sharp (76) of Kirkby on Bain, widow, was staying with her son Herbert and his family at 7 St Hugh Street Lincoln.
