In 1619 Robert Baath was a beneficiary of the Will of his mother-in-law Elynor Jefferis of Purton, widow, receiving 30 shillings.
In 1623 Robert Bath was one of the overseers of the Will of his brother John Parsons of Wootton Bassett, Gent.
In 1631 Robert Bathe was one the overseers of the Will of his brother William Parsons of Clyffe Pypard.
In 1636 Robert Baath was bequeathed 12 pence in the Will of his sister Christian Baath of Wootton Bassett.

IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN The sixe day of August one thousand sixe hundred fortie and five I Robert Baath of Watton Basset in the county of Wiltes gentleman being weake of body but of a perfect remembrance thankes be given unto all mightie god doe make this myne last will and testament in manner and forme following revokeing all other wills whatsoever
First I bequeath my soule unto allmightie god my maker and redeemer and my body to th'earth from whence it was taken. Now for the setling of my worldly estate which it hath pleased god to lend mee…
Imprimis I give unto mye wife Millicent all my bed and bedding to be disposed of as shee pleaseth with appurtenances hereunto belonging.
Item. I give unto Anne Glade daughter of Nicholas Glade of Purton twenty poundes to be payed unto her at one and twenty yeares of age.
Item. I give unto Anne Horsell fyftie pounds. Item. I give unto Christian Horsell fyftie pounds, which sayd sumes are to be payed unto them twelve months after my wyves decease.
Item. I give unto every Godchild I have twelve pence to be payed unto them a twelvemoneth after my decease.
Item. I give unto the Church of Wootton Bassett tenn shillings.
Item. I give unto the poore people fortie shillings to be disposed of at my funerall.
Item. For all my other goods and Chattles whatsoever moveable and unmovable I give unto Bartholomew Horsell and make him sole Executor of this my last will and testament. Provided allwayes that Millicent my wife shall enioy the benefitt of all my goods and Chattles whatsoever for and dureng the tyme of her life.
In witness whereof I have hereunto sett my hand and seale the daye and yeare above written Desireing Thomas Floyd and Thomas Parsons to be my Overseers. And I give unto them fyve shillings a peece.
