Robert Winstanley, late of Mosman, Gentleman
"This is the last Will and testament of me Robert Winstanley of Mosman near Sydney in the State of New South Wales, Gentleman, hereby revoking all former Wills at any time heretofore made by me. I appoint my sons-in-law William Alderson of York Street Sydney aforesaid, Warehouseman, and Alfred Edward Barnes of OConnell Street Sydney aforesaid, Solicitor, to be the Executors and trustees of this my Will. I give devise and bequeath all my Property both real and personal to which I am entitled or to which I may hereafter become entitled to my said trustees In Trust for my children Ida Robertson, May Alderson, Emily Butler, Amy Winstanley, Jane Barnes and Frank Winstanley the shares of my children other than Amy Winstanley to be equal and that of my daughter Amy Winstanley to be double that of any other of my said children. I empower my said Executors and Trustees to sell my real estate by Public Auction or Private Contract upon such terms and at such time as they shall think fit. In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my Will this sixteenth day of June One thousand nine hundred and four. Robt. Winstanley [signed].

By Act of Court Probate of the last Will and testament of the said deceased was granted to William Milford Alderson (in the said Will called William Alderson) of Sydney, Warehouseman, & Alfred Edward Barnes of Sydney, Solicitor, the Executors named in the said Will. Testator died at Mosman 14 October 1904. Estate sworn at £2042 : 8 : 4 nett." 8
