Miss. Amber Gordon, daughter of Mr. George Gordon, of. "Collindinn," Trangie, and "Waitemata," Nyngan, was married to Dr.. W. K. Manton, of Thirroul, son of Mr. and Mrs. A. F. Manton, "Bulle Court," King Street, Randwick.

The wedding was celebrated at St. Nicholas' Church, Coogee, by Rev. W. Greenwood.

The bride, wore a beautiful gown of ivory georgette, trimmed with silver hand-made roses, and a white tulle veil caught with orange blossom . The veil was lent by Mrs. Neville Dunn. She carried a shower bouquet of pink roses and lily of the valley.

Miss Eileen Gordon, Miss Mollie Manton and Miss Cassie Carpenter were bridesmaids.

The reception was held at Dungowan, Martin Place. Mrs. Carpenter, sister of the bride, received the guests in a beautiful gown of red and silver lace.

Mr. Jack Bolger acted as best man, and Mr. Artley Brunes as groomsman.

Later the bride and bridegroom left by car for their honeymoon. The bride travelled in a navy blue crepe-de-chene and georgette frock, with fur coat and hat to tone.

Dr. and Mrs.. Manton have now taken up residence at Thirroul." 8
